Creator Seat

A Creator Seat is A$150 a month or A$1,500 a year. It unlocks the builder and delivery, with 25 sessions included each period and packs that never expire.

A Creator Seat is the subscription for an independent trainer or consultant who wants to build sims and deliver them to their own clients.

Price

• Monthly, A$150 a month.
• Annual, A$1,500 a year, which is ten months' price for twelve.

What is included

• The Simple and Advanced builders, and generating a first draft from a description or your own documents.
• Every way to deliver to your clients. Workshop links with access codes, invites by email, embeds on your own website, and share links.
• 25 practice sessions every billing period. On a monthly seat that is 25 a month. On an annual seat all 300 are credited at once for the year.
• Premium lifelike voices on every sim.

How included sessions work

Included sessions are spent first, before any pack you have bought. Unused included sessions expire when the period renews, and the new period's 25 (or 300) are credited at the same time. Your billing page shows how many included sessions are left this period and the date they expire.

If you need more in a busy month, buy an Extra sessions pack. A pack is ten sessions for A$25 and never expires. See Buying more sessions.

Start a seat

1. Open Sessions & Billing.
2. Under Start your Creator Seat, choose Start monthly or Start annual.
3. Pay on the Stripe checkout page with a card or Link.

You can move from monthly to annual later with Switch to annual on the same page. Stripe charges the difference for the rest of the current period and your included sessions are topped up to the annual amount.

Manage or cancel

Choose Manage subscription to open the Stripe billing portal. There you can update your card, see invoices, or cancel. A cancelled seat keeps the builder and your included sessions until the end of the period you have paid for. The billing page shows "Access continues until" with the date. Pack sessions you bought are yours and stay on your account.

If you belong to an organisation

A seat is for individuals. If you are a member of an organisation on Evolve Sim, trying to start one gives "Your organisation already covers you. Ask your admin for a builder role." Team admins and organisation admins already have the builder.

A seat is one person's. Clients you deliver to never need a seat or an account of their own.
