Signing in through your organisation's SSO

Type your work email on the login page and choose Continue with single sign-on to sign in through your organisation's own identity provider.

If your organisation has set up single sign-on (SSO) with Evolve Sim, you sign in with your usual work login. You never create or type an Evolve Sim password.

  1. Go to evolve-sim.com/login.
  2. Enter your work email in the Work email field.
  3. Choose Continue with single sign-on.
  4. Your browser goes to your organisation's sign-in page (for example Microsoft Entra ID, Okta or Google Workspace). Sign in there as you normally would.
  5. You come back to Evolve Sim already signed in, on the portal home page.

The email domain you type decides which sign-in page you are sent to, so use your work address, not a personal one.

If your IT team has added Evolve Sim as a tile in your organisation's app launcher, opening it from there also signs you in.

Your first sign-in

The first time you sign in through SSO, Evolve Sim creates your account and adds you to your organisation as a member. You do not need an invitation. Your organisation's admins can change your role afterwards, and a later sign-in never undoes a role they have set.

Messages you might see

  • "Enter your work email first." Type your email before choosing Continue with single sign-on.
  • "No single sign-on is set up for that email domain. Log in with your password instead." Either your organisation has not set up SSO yet, or you typed an address at a different domain. Check with your admin.
  • "Could not start single sign-on. Please try again." Try once more. If it keeps happening, use the Contact support form.

If your organisation's sign-in is down

SSO does not switch off password sign-in. If your identity provider is unavailable, ask your Evolve Sim admin. They can arrange a password reset so you can sign in directly until it is back.

Two-factor authentication for SSO accounts is handled by your organisation's identity provider, not by Evolve Sim.
