Crear sims

Delivering a sim

Deliver a saved sim with a workshop link, an email invitation, an embed on your site, or a share link. Workshop links and embeds spend your sessions.

Once a sim is saved, open Deliver, choose the sim, and choose how it goes out. If you have no saved sims yet you see "You don't have any simulations to deliver yet." and a Build a simulation button.

Creator Seat holders use the Deliver page. Organisation and team admins deliver from the Deliver tab on Manage Team, which also offers Assign to your team and Share with your organisation.

A public link, optionally with access codes, so participants with no account can run the sim. Choose Workshop link, then Create link on the New delivery link form. The settings are a Label, an Expires date, Max uses, and Require email. All are optional. The link looks like evolve-sim.com/run/ followed by a short code. Copy it with the copy button, which confirms "Public link copied".

For a closed group, Generate codes makes access codes you can Export CSV or email to participants. Each code can carry its own usage limit.

Every run on a workshop link spends one of your sessions. When your balance cannot cover another session the link stops accepting participants, they see "This link is not available right now.", and you see a notice on the Deliver page asking you to top up. Team members cannot create workshop links, because a link spends its owner's sessions.

Participants' names, emails if captured, scores and feedback appear in your client results.

Invite by email

Sends a named person an email with a link to run the sim. Use this when you want to know exactly who ran it.

Embed on your site

Puts the sim inside your own website in a frame. Choose Embed on your site and set Allowed domains, Attempts per person (1 to 1000, counted per email address), and an optional Password. Then Create the embed and Copy the embed code. The frame must allow the microphone, which the copied code already does. Every run on an embed is metered against your sessions, so participants never pay.

Gives someone with their own Evolve Sim account access to run the sim. They pay for their own sessions, and their runs do not appear in your client results.

What participants see

Workshop and embed participants are told they are practising with an AI character, that the conversation is recorded and scored, and that their results go to you. They get their feedback on screen at the end but no certificate. See Running a sim from a shared link.

Sim Library copies cannot be delivered with a workshop link or embed. Only sims you own or administer can.
