Learner Pass
A Learner Pass is A$15 for five practice sessions that never expire. It gives you the whole Sim Library with scored feedback, but not the builder.
A Learner Pass is the way an individual with their own login pays for practice. One pass is A$15, includes GST, and gives you five sessions. A session is one ten-minute practice conversation with scored feedback. See How sessions are counted.
What you get
- Every sim in the Sim Library, with scored feedback after each run.
- Your results and transcripts under Personal Results.
- A certificate for every sim you pass, under Certificates.
- Premium lifelike voices on every sim.
A Learner Pass does not include the builder. If you want to write your own sims or deliver sims to other people, you need a Creator Seat. Opening the builder on a Learner Pass sends you to the billing page with the Creator Seat offer.
Buy a pass
- Open Sessions & Billing.
- On the Learner Pass card, choose how many passes you want and select Buy 1 pass (the label changes with the number). You can buy up to ten passes in one checkout.
- Pay on the Stripe checkout page with a card or Link. See Invoices and GST.
- You come back to the billing page with the message "Payment received" and your new sessions appear within a moment.
Passes never expire. Sessions you have not used stay on your account until you run them. Buying another pass adds to what you already have.
Where your sessions show
Your balance appears as Sessions left on the billing page, in the Sessions balance card in the sidebar, and in the top bar. When you are down to your last session the billing page shows Low on sessions.
If you belong to an organisation
If your employer or a trainer invited you to their organisation, you do not buy passes. Your runs come from the organisation's allocation, and your billing page is called My Sessions. Trying to buy gives "Your organisation funds your sessions. Ask your admin for more." See Out of sessions.
Refunds
If a purchase is refunded, the five sessions from that pass are removed from your balance and the refund appears as a line in your Session ledger. Ask for a refund through the Contact support form.
Runs that end in under a minute are free, so a false start never spends one of your five sessions.
