Team analytics

Organisation Results shows completions, average scores, trends and every learner session for your scope, with CSV export. Team admins see their team only.

Open Organisation Results. Organisation admins see every team. Team admins see their own team. The page has three tabs. The first is Overview for organisation admins or Performance for team admins, followed by Analytics and Sessions.

Overview and Performance

A dashboard of capability across your scope, with an Export report menu offering Download CSV (Excel / Sheets) and Download JSON.

Analytics

Four figures at the top. Sessions completed, Completion rate, Average score and Active learners. Below them are a Team breakdown, a Simulation breakdown, an Improvement trend over time, Needs follow-up for learners scoring below 60, and Where conversations stall, which shows the stage at which runs most often end early.

Filter by team, simulation and category, and by time range. All time, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or Last 12 months.

Sessions

Every learner session in your scope, most recent first. Filter by team, learner, simulation, status (Completed or In progress), score band (Excellent, Strong, Solid or Developing) and a date range. A Score bands card shows how many completed runs landed in each band.

Open a row to see the learner's full scorecard, feedback and transcript, the same page the learner sees. From there you can also review an AI score with Confirm as correct, Amend score or Withdraw score. See Challenging a score. A learner's name opens their own page with every run they have made.

Export CSV downloads one row per session with the date, learner, team, simulation, status, score, band, duration and attempt number. It never includes transcripts or feedback text. Large exports are capped at the most recent sessions, and the confirmation tells you how many were exported.

What the numbers mean

• A score is 0 to 100 and the pass mark is 70. See How scoring works.
• Unassessed runs have no score and are excluded from averages and bands. They still count as completed sessions.
• Score bands are Excellent at 85 and above, Strong at 75, Solid at 60, and Developing below that.

Who can see what

Team admins see sessions and learners in their team. Organisation admins see the whole organisation. A learner sees only their own results under Personal Results. Nobody outside your organisation can see any of it.
