Buying more sessions

Learners buy another Learner Pass, Creator Seat holders buy packs of ten, and organisation admins top up the pool at volume prices on Sessions & Billing.

Everything is bought from Sessions & Billing through a Stripe checkout that takes a card or Link. What you see there depends on who pays for your sessions.

Learners

Buy another Learner Pass. Each pass is five sessions for A$15, and you can buy up to ten passes at once with the Buy 1 pass button (the label changes with the number). Passes never expire. See Learner Pass.

Creator Seat holders

Buy an Extra sessions pack. A pack is ten sessions for A$25, and you can buy up to twenty packs at once with the Buy 1 pack button. Packs never expire and are only used after your included sessions for the period are gone. The pack card is disabled unless your seat is active. See Creator Seat.

Organisation and team admins

Use the Top up sessions card. It adds sessions to your organisation's pool, or to the team pool if you are a team admin, through the same Stripe checkout. Sessions are sold as Learner Passes of five, and the page offers preset quantities of 10, 50, 500 or 2,500 sessions with the Buy button showing the number you picked.

The price per pass drops with the quantity in a single purchase.

• 1 to 499 passes, A$15 a pass.
• 500 to 4,999 passes, A$12 a pass.
• 5,000 to 24,999 passes, A$10 a pass.
• 25,000 passes or more, A$8 a pass.

The band is decided by that one purchase. Buying 500 passes at once earns the A$12 price. Buying 100 passes five times does not. If your contract gives you a committed price, or you want an invoice rather than a card payment, talk to your account manager instead of using the card.

Team members

If your organisation invited you, you cannot buy sessions yourself. The billing page is read-only for you and is called My Sessions. Ask your team admin or organisation admin.

After paying

You return to the billing page with "Payment received. Your sessions will appear shortly." They are credited within a moment and show in Sessions left and in the Session ledger. If you closed the checkout instead, you see "Checkout cancelled. You have not been charged."
