Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses the Evolve Simulations platform. It works alongside our Terms of Service to keep the platform safe, lawful and fit for professional training.

1. Professional training context

Evolve is a workplace training platform. Simulations, scenarios and content should be created and used for legitimate corporate learning and development purposes. The platform is not for personal, consumer or educational-institution use, and is not directed at children.

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the platform to:

  • Break the law, infringe intellectual property, or violate the rights or privacy of others.
  • Upload, create or submit content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory or obscene.
  • Impersonate a real person without authorisation, or create personas intended to harass or deceive.
  • Attempt to extract another organisation's data, bypass access controls, or interfere with row-level security or role-based permissions.
  • Probe, scan, overload or disrupt the platform, or attempt to defeat usage quotas, billing or rate limits.
  • Upload malware, or use the platform to distribute harmful or deceptive material.
  • Reverse engineer the platform or use it to build a competing service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Misuse AI features to generate disallowed content or to manipulate scoring and feedback for dishonest purposes.

3. Content you submit

You are responsible for the scenarios, characters, transcripts inputs and marketplace submissions you create. Only include personal information where you are authorised to do so and where your organisation has a lawful basis. Do not include sensitive information that is not necessary for the training scenario.

4. Marketplace submissions

Creators must own or have rights to the content they submit, must not infringe third-party rights, and must follow the same conduct rules above. Evolve may review, moderate, reject or remove marketplace content. See the marketplace terms in our Terms of Service.

5. Enforcement

Breaching this policy may lead to content removal, suspension or termination of access, and, where appropriate, referral to the relevant customer organisation or authorities. We aim to act proportionately and to give notice where practical.
