Pricing
Practice for your whole workforce, priced to your rollout
Enterprise organisations buy sessions at volume and their admins hand them out to teams and people. Independent trainers take a Creator Seat with 25 sessions a month included. Individuals practise on a $15 Learner Pass, about $3 a conversation and up to 93% cheaper than live actors. All pricing in AUD, ex GST.
A session is one 10-minute practice conversation with scored feedback. Creator Seats and Learner Passes are bought in the portal in a couple of clicks; Enterprise sessions are distributed by your own admins. Premium lifelike voices are included on every tier. All prices in AUD, ex GST.
How sessions work
One unit of practice, whoever is paying
Everything on this page is priced in sessions. Balances in the portal are shown in sessions too, so there is never a conversion to do.
The cost case
Up to 93% cheaper than live actors
Compared against a standard cohort of 30 participants. A session of live-actor roleplay costs around $25 per participant, often thousands of dollars a day for just 10 to 15 minutes of practice each, and can't be repeated without rebooking. With Evolve a Learner Pass works out to about $3 a conversation, and even if every learner uses all five, you stay far below the live-actor benchmark while adding repeatable, private access.
| Factor | Live actor roleplay | Peer group roleplay | Evolve AI simulation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost per cohort of 30 | $750 (5 actors × $50/hr × 3hrs) | Facilitator time only | $90 for one conversation each, $450 for five. Save up to $660 per cohort |
| Cost per participant | $25 per session | Included in workshop | About $3 a conversation on a Learner Pass, from $1.60 at volume. Up to 93% less |
| Repeatable practice | No. Rebook and pay each time | No. One workshop occurrence | Yes. 24/7, any device |
| Post-course access | None. Ends with the session | None. No way to revisit | Full. Practise independently |
| Private practice | Semi-private, observed | Peer-observed, many opt out | Completely private, no judgment |
| Consistent quality | Variable by actor | Variable by group | Consistent every session |
Proven returns
The business case is already written
Enterprises that have moved soft-skill practice to AI simulation report hard financial returns, and the economics improve at scale, because the same scenario can be practised thousands of times at near-zero marginal cost.
Results from published enterprise case studies of AI and immersive soft-skill training. Figures represent outcomes reported by those organisations and illustrate the modality's potential rather than guaranteed results.
Bespoke scenarios
Characters co-designed with you
Each new scenario is more than a prompt. It's a structured design and production process that turns a learning need into a safe, repeatable, facilitator-supported conversation, and you keep exclusive rights to the characters built for your programs.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
- What is Evolve Simulations?
- Evolve Simulations is an enterprise AI soft-skill training platform. Employees practise high-stakes workplace conversations such as difficult feedback, leadership, sales, customer service and wellbeing check-ins, out loud with realistic, responsive AI personas, then receive instant rubric-based feedback. Practice is private, repeatable and available 24/7 on any device.
- How is AI roleplay better than traditional soft-skill training?
- People retain as little as 5 to 10% of passively consumed training but up to 75% of what they actively practise. Evolve turns knowledge into confident action by letting learners rehearse real conversations as many times as they need, privately and without judgment, with objective feedback every time.
- How much does Evolve Simulations cost?
- Enterprise agreements are priced to your rollout: your organisation buys sessions at a volume rate and your admins distribute them to teams and people, with builder seats for HR and L&D included — contact us for a quote. Independent trainers take a Creator Seat at $150 a month (or $1,500 a year), which includes the builder and 25 practice sessions every month to deliver to their own clients, with extra packs of 10 sessions for $25. Individuals buy a Learner Pass: five 10-minute simulations with scored feedback for $15, about $3 a conversation and up to 93% cheaper than live roleplay actors. Every tier includes premium lifelike voices.
- Does Evolve replace facilitator-led training?
- No. Evolve is designed to supplement the training you already trust. It reinforces facilitated delivery and debrief by giving learners a private space to practise and build confidence before and after live sessions.
- Who owns the AI characters and scenarios?
- Bespoke characters and scenarios co-designed for your organisation remain your intellectual property, exclusively. Evolve personas are tailored to your scenario, language and values.
- Is Evolve secure and enterprise-ready?
- Yes. Evolve is built for the enterprise: single sign-on (SSO), role-based access at organisation and team level, training data held and processed in Australia, an append-only audit log of privileged actions, human review of every AI score with an audit trail, a published list of subprocessors, and bespoke characters and scenarios that remain your intellectual property. Organisation and team admins see dashboards and can open any learner's scorecard, feedback and transcript in the scopes they administer.
- How does Evolve track learning progress and connect to our LMS?
- Every practice session automatically generates a performance record: rubric scores, evidence, attempt count, and improvement over time. These records live securely inside the Evolve platform and can be exported or pushed to your organisation's learning management system as xAPI statements, the modern standard for learning data. Most enterprise LMS and LRS platforms can receive xAPI without any custom development.
- What does a Creator Seat include?
- A Creator Seat is for a trainer, coach or consultant who builds simulations and delivers them to their own clients. It includes the no-code builder, characters and knowledge upload, the Sim Library as a starting point (add any sim, run it, or save your own editable version), every delivery channel, Client Results with the scorecard and transcript for every run you deliver, and 25 practice sessions each month to hand out. Included sessions expire when the month renews; if a busy month needs more, buy a pack of 10 sessions for $25 in the portal and it never expires.
- Can I embed a simulation on my own website, course or LMS?
- Yes. Creator Seat and Enterprise accounts can embed any simulation they own on an external site — a course platform, a WordPress page, a client portal or an LMS page — optionally behind a password, and pause or rotate the embed at any time. Runs on the embed draw on your own sessions, participants need no Evolve account, and every run appears in your Client Results. Organisations with a learning record store can also receive their runs as xAPI statements.
- How do my clients access the simulations I build?
- Five ways. Invite people by email, or upload a CSV, and give each a number of sessions: they run it from the link with no account or sign in to keep their results, and either way you see how they did. Hand out a workshop link and access codes for a room full of people. Embed it on your own site behind your own paywall. Or share a plain link, where people create a free account and pay for their own sessions. Invited, workshop and embedded runs come out of your Creator Seat sessions, so those clients never buy anything; once an invitee's allocation is used they can keep practising on their own account.
- Do learners get a certificate when they pass?
- Yes. When a learner passes a simulation, Evolve issues a completion certificate they can view, print or save as a PDF. Each certificate has a validity period and a public verification link so anyone, whether a manager, an auditor or a regulator, can confirm it's genuine and current without needing an Evolve login.
- How is Evolve different from hiring roleplay actors?
- Professional roleplay actors cost roughly $25 per participant per session, often thousands of dollars a day, for 10 to 15 minutes of speaking time each, and the session can't be repeated without rebooking. Evolve's AI avatars run 24/7, scale to your entire workforce, and cost about $3 a conversation on a Learner Pass, from $1.60 a session at enterprise volume, with xAPI analytics proving skill lift rather than just attendance.
- Do I need SCORM to use Evolve?
- No. Evolve uses xAPI (the modern standard that replaces SCORM) to track rich, real-world learning interactions in our built-in analytics dashboard. If you use an LRS that accepts xAPI, we can push data there too. You don't need SCORM at all.
- Where is our data held?
- Training data, meaning accounts, simulations, transcripts and results, is held and processed in Australia, and we handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Every service that supports the platform is published, with the regions in which it processes and stores data. Our privacy policy sets out exactly where data is processed.
