Account and sign-in

Signing in and resetting your password

Log in with Google, single sign-on, or your work email and password, and get a reset link by email if you have forgotten your password.

Go to the login page at evolve-sim.com/login. You can sign in three ways.

  • Continue with Google, if you created your account with Google.
  • Continue with single sign-on, if your organisation uses SSO. See Signing in through your organisation's SSO.
  • Your Work email and Password, then Log in.

After you sign in you land in the portal. If you turned on two-factor authentication, a Two-factor verification step asks for the Six-digit code from your authenticator app before you get in.

Reset a forgotten password

  1. On the login page, choose Forgot password?.
  2. Enter your Work email and choose Send reset link.
  3. The page shows Reset link sent. You see this message whether or not an account exists for that address, so check that you typed the address you signed up with.
  4. Open the email titled "Reset your password" and choose Set a new password.
  5. Enter a New password of at least 8 characters, repeat it in Confirm password, and choose Update password. You are signed in straight away.

If you do not get the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then send another link. If you request too many links in a short time you will see "Too many requests in a short time" and need to wait a few minutes.

Change your password while signed in

Open Account settings. Under Security, enter your Current password, a New password, repeat it in Confirm new, and choose Update password.

A reset link works once. If you see "That link has expired or was already used", request a new one from Forgot password?.

If you lose access to your authenticator app, there are no recovery codes. Use the Contact support form and we will clear two-factor authentication from your account after checking it is you.

Your organisation's admins cannot reset your password for you, but they can tell you whether your account was set up with SSO or a password.
